In response to My Two Favorite Moisturizing Ingredients:
I gotta admit... whenever it comes down to it, I can always enjoy the smell of coconut in my hair, though I usually don't use shampoos with it in it. However, my (second) most recent shampoo trip to the store brought back Organix's Nourishing Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioner. They came in adorable bottles, and I couldn't resist the something-newness of it.
Organic and not tested on animals, the shampoo and conditioner make my hair always smell delicious and guilt-free. I gotta admit, it didn't make my hair stay cleaner than my normal shampoo and conditioner (which is about 30 hours), but kept it clean enough to shower on a comfortably daily basis.
I bought mine at Rite Aid (which I don't suggest...my $7 each bottles were considerably cheaper at Target, I found out later), but if you like a cute bottle for your friends to see, I suggest it. I'm almost out of conditioner, but honestly, I think I'm going to just refill it with Suave coconut shampoo.
(ps. sorry for the crummy picture...my camera disappeared a few months back in a friend's car and has ceased to exist on my planet. i'm stuck using my low-quality camera on my phone, but it does the job!)
